About Wristserver
Wristserver was the result of a collaborative effort with my dad to develop a support device for computer desks. Extensive use of computers causes carpal tunnel syndrome (a compressed nerve in the wrist, resulting in pain). Wristserver helps prevent carpal tunnel syndrome by keeping the wrist straight during computer use.
Other Uses
Besides preventing the development of carpal tunnel syndrome, wristserver has other applications as well. In the sixth grade, I fractured my right arm in a terrible fall from my bike. By placing my arm (in a plaster cast) on the wristserver, I was able to type and move the mouse without any pain.
Current Status
Though my dad and I no longer sell wristserver, it is still available for sale from our manufacturer in Taiwan, Sallas Industrial Co., Ltd, and from Ergo-Items.com.
