MyLots started as a website to advertise my dad's real estate properties in California. It included a webmaster login for my dad to add and update property information, including photos, specific details, and descriptions.
Comparable Sales and Market Analysis
Late 2005, I started the Comparable Sales and Market Analysis service. Aimed at real estate agents, the service offered a complete property profile in a PDF format. Content included were aerial views, highlighted parcel maps, detailed information (such as location, APN number, tax information, size), sales data and analysis for similar properties in the area, and a suggested retail price.
Future Plans
MyLots.com is no longer available due to the real estate market's downturn, and a commitment to developing GPA Software. In the future, I plan to re-launch the website, with a focus on a service for real estate agents.
